With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry and 15+ years in the life sciences sector, including as Vice President of Legal at Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies, Lynne has an intimate understanding of the complexities of navigating and, more importantly, thriving in highly regulated industries as a legal or compliance leader.
Throughout her career, Lynne witnessed firsthand the pivotal role leadership skills play in driving professional success for legal and compliance leaders. Strategic and innovative thinking, effective communication, emotional intelligence, building trust with stakeholders and developing an enterprise view are essential skills to thrive and boost impact in today’s corporate environment.
